(S)-Omeprazole magnesium dihydrate, Nexium dihydrate, (T-4)-Bis[6-methoxy-2-[(S)-[(4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl-KO]-]-is a pharmaceutical preparation, also known as Nesibiya dihydrate, chemically named (S)-Omeprazole magnesium dihydrate, with the formula C34H40N6O6S2Mg · 2H2O.
